Safety at Indepak

We continually strive to provide a safe work environment for our employees.  Sophisticated computer controlled HVAC, metal halide lighting, and ergonomic factors in equipment design are just a few of our many safety and health considerations. 

With the help of our active Safety Committee, we have developed some unusual safety programs and incentives, with unusually good results.  For example, in one period of over two years, we had zero lost-time incidents due to work-related illness or injury. 

The jovial spirit prevails as everyone celebrates 450 days with no job injuries at one of our "pizza for safety" parties.

We often build, modify, or acquire machinery, like that pictured here, to reduce the strain of repetitive motion for our employees.
